New Zealand Orders
Standard flat rate shipping of $8.00 applies to all NZ orders or receive free tracked shipping on New Zealand orders when you spend over NZD $60 using code “FREESHIP”. Note: Free shipping is unavailable during sale periods. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order placement (on business days). A delivery time of 3-5 business days is expected for New Zealand orders (rural delivery may take longer). Tracking details will be provided to you via email when your items are dispatched, however please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to register in the system before tracking as information may not be immediately available on our couriers website.

At this time Thrift Or Die do not ship internationally.

Returns

Please be aware we do not refund sales if you have changed your mind or ordered the incorrect size. In the event you receive a different product to what you ordered please contact us within ten days of placing your order by emailing us at orders@thriftordie.co.nz - Item must be returned in original condition, unworn and with all garment tags/wrapping. Thrift Or Die will pay for return postage cost involved in the event of a customer receiving an incorrect product.
